Cannot ping or SSH into VM

Hi,
I’m facing an issue where I can’t reach the VM. The peer is listed as active, secure, and tunnelled in husarnet status. However, trying to ping it fails:

$ ping6 fc94:71f1:8ef3:155c:9754:aaf6:abe5:a637

SSH also hangs or fails to connect.
Any guidance on how to debug or resolve this would be appreciated.

regarding ssh connection: have you connected with the correct username to the VM?
You should do: ssh team@team-ID-TEAMNAME using the id and teamname from the husarnet beta dashboard

We’ve done ssh before now i am unable to ping the VM to begin with

Most of the Teams have faced this issue and it was being resolved on a case-by-case basis together with a Team as soon as they mentioned it.
