Participation Certificates

Hi,
we’re trying to prepare the participation certificates but we’ve only got 5 full and updated member lists in the last two weeks. If you have not sent such a list recently, please do so now so we can start issues certificates.

Procesure is like follows:

  • please send the updated complete (not just a difference) lists to erc@husarion.com and teams@roverchallenge.eu
  • Please remember to provide same GDPR forms that were used during the Registration for each of the new Team members

Hello, sorry for not delivering the member list, we will do as soon as possible.

Where can we retrieve the GDPR form? can we use the one available on the drive of the on-site formula? (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1opoqE4jCe0IVEZzgP-_LGNPf7azjz2O7/view?usp=drive_link)

No worries. Yes, it can be one from the onsite. I don’t have the remote one at the moment so a I guess the onsite one will be fine too at this moment
