Payload test environment

Hi everyone,

Following the latest announcement:
https://erc2025.husarion.com/t/post-ros-test-summary/171

We’d like to gather your input to help the organizers decide on the layout of the upcoming payload test. The current options are:

  • Keeping the indoor office-like layout used during the ROS test, or
  • Setting up a small Mars-like terrain that simulates conditions closer to the final competition environment.

We’re also collecting details about what specific features or support your team might need during testing.

Please take a moment to fill out the form — your input is very important and will directly shape how the environment and support are planned:

Live Response Sheet (for transparency):

Note: If we receive enough responses by tomorrow, we’ll share a follow-up post with a summary and analysis of the form results.

Thank you for helping make the payload test better for everyone!

Best regards,
Abdallah

Thank you for taking time into making this form. One remark for the future - I’m not sure what GDPR’s opinion would be on such data collection - so please consult with us next time.

Also - I can see only one of the Teams has responded when it comes to the environment preferences (both here and anywhere). Due to this and current weather in Poland - we’ll be conducting the test in an indoor environment. The one after that will be held outdoors (if the weather will allow it)
