We were currently (3:15 pm CEST) using the VM but then suddenly we lost connection. We have noticed that this happens as husarion-ops is active and peer to peer. Could you please check why this happens and restore VM connection as soon as possible.

husarion-ops is always on and definitely not the reason for your outages.
The reason for your outages is… somehow you’re getting OOM killed by the hypervisor - which is super odd as you’re the only teanant of that host, running 24GB of RAM out of 32GB available. I’ve dropped some caches on that machine I hope that helps. (And ofc turned your machine on)
